Elementary Hour of Code

A group of 20 elementary stu

dents were introduced to computer coding at this Hour of Code event. Students in grades K-2 participated in an offline event with fifth grade teacher Miss Mouttet.

Students in grades 3-5 used the library comptures and chrome books to learn the basics of how to write code to make a game figure move or create a drawing. Mrs. Mouttet supervised this group.

Everyone had a great time and hopefully learned a little about how coding works.
